About Me.
I'm Mert Kaan BURNAZ ,1988 in Samsun. I graduated from the Anadolu Fine Arts High School painting department in 2006 and Anadolu University Fine Arts Faculty sculpture department in 2015. At the same time, I received the pedagogical formation certificate from the Anadolu University Faculty of Education. I completed my master's degree between 2016 and 2019. I continue my education life Proficiency in the Art program (Ph. D.) Department of Sculpture at the Institute of Fine Arts at Anadolu University which I started in 2019. I achieved training in 3D clay modeling, 3D Digital modeling, Mig/Mag metal welding, wood chipping, marble chipping, and molds and techniques. Studying different projects, I mastered in fastly sketching, hand drawing, clay modeling, and chipping wood, metal, and marble so I developed my design-oriented thinking competence. Hence, I strengthened in sketching, hand drawing, clay modeling, and sculpting wood, metal, and marble. For this reason, I reinforced my creative thinking competence. Currently, I continue to redesign my designs in the 3D digital environment to transfer my skills to the digital world.

As a passionate and well-rounded individual, I have a variety of interests that enhance my personal and professional life. I have a strong background in sports, specifically basketball, as a former member of a local sports club in middle and high school, and continue to play recreationally in college. Additionally, I am dedicated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle through my interest in fitness and cycling. My love for strategy and critical thinking is reflected in my hobby of playing chess, which I often spend my free time on. I also have a great appreciation for the arts, particularly music, and regularly attend concerts of symphony orchestras and enjoy listening to a range of genres such as classical, jazz, and acoustic-rock music. Lastly, I have a passion for theater and enjoy watching performances.
